Day Habilitation Services
Day Habilitation Services are provided to individuals in a community setting. We offer services and support to meet a broad range of needs. Our goal is to contribute to the individual’s specified goals in their Care Plan through increased participation in resources provided by our community.
Our Wonderful Direct Support Providers promote skill development for the acquisition, retention, and/or improvement in self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills. Since every individual is different with different needs, our Direct Support Providers will create an individualized support plan just for your loved one. We can put a strong focus on developing social skills or work on adaptive skills for more independent living. Day Habilitation Services may include participation in favorite hobbies or age appropriate activities through the community.

AK Nurtured Living supported employment services offers paid, on-site supervised work in the community for individuals with disabilities. Individuals in supported employment workplaces gain independence in positions that offer guidance and support.
